As a 360º Feedback Specialist, Susan brings her extensive experience in management and in psychology. She served as the director of a community-based non​-​profit youth services agency​ for 20 years, recruiting, training, and supporting staff and middle managers, forging collaborations with public and private partners, fundraising for the program via grant writing and outreach, and developing and expanding the program and services for youth and families.

Prior to this, Susan worked as a counselor, health educator, and social worker in school and community settings. She is a licensed psychotherapist and currently enjoys a small private practice, and is also a registered yoga teacher. Her favorite job, among her many, is being a mom to her two school-aged kids. In her free time, Susan loves to travel to the tropics, practice yoga, hike, read, and spend time with friends and family.
