As a Feedback Interviewer, Sarah-Marie brings experience at the intersections of leadership development, institutional change, and human-centered design. As an integral coach, facilitator, and consultant, Sarah-Marie is passionate about equipping leaders with the insights, support, and resources to transform themselves, their organizations, and the world.

A German-American, she has lived in the US, Europe, and South and Southeast Asia, and has worked with organizations and individuals globally. Sarah-Marie is the founder of Thriving in a Noisy World, through which she supports leaders and change-makers in navigating work/life in the digital age with greater effectiveness, creativity, and resilience. Previously, Sarah-Marie led Changemaker Campus Selection at Ashoka U, supporting and equipping intrapreneurial educators and their teams at universities globally to lead institutional change and embed social innovation into their culture, programming, and operations.

Sarah-Marie is a Certified Integral Coach through New Ventures West and member of the International Coach Federation. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Dartmouth with a BA with Honors in Anthropology, modified with Economics and Development Studies. She is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, StartingBloc Fellow, and member of Sandbox, a network of change-makers. Sarah-Marie is a long-time meditation, yoga, and Pilates practitioner. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, cooking, photography, and long walks in nature.
