Executive Coach

As an Executive Coach, Nicolle is uniquely skilled to support her clients to identify what stands in the way of building their strengths and expanding their ability to positively impact the lives of those around them. Her experience and background in behavioral health, law and conflict resolution have developed her capacity to listen and create safe spaces for clients to express themselves vulnerably and authentically and embark on that exploration. Leader development is her passion.

Prior to joining Learning as Leadership, Nicolle honorably served in the United States Army for twenty years as a behavioral health paraprofessional. She is a certified facilitator, resiliency trainer, substance-abuse counselor, and DEI professional. Her experience in leadership development has spanned 15+ years and includes time as an executive coach to leaders in the United States Army Recruiting Command.

Before joining the Army, Nicolle was an attorney-investigator for the State of Oklahoma and an advisor for first-generation, college-bound students. Nicolle’s vast work experience, knowledge, and skills give her an extremely diverse and unique perspective on working with a variety of clients from divergent backgrounds.
