Katie joined the team as our Feedback Department Manager in 2021. Prior to her work at LaL, Katie ran her own coaching and consulting firm, Luminary Consultants, where she partnered with leaders to transform their organizations. She has conducted hundreds of 360º interviews in order to help leaders understand how their behaviors and mindsets are impacting their ability to lead. Katie seeks to bring compassion and curiosity to all her work, in order to help herself and others tap into their most authentic and generous selves.

Katie holds a master’s degree in Organization Development from Pepperdine University. She is a BCC certified coach and has trained in Immunity to Change coaching. She currently lives in Minneapolis with her husband and son, but has traveled the world and loves a good cross-cultural adventure! In her free time, Katie enjoys creative writing and getting lost in a good book.
