Jonathan has spent his career steeped in the art of 360° feedback interviewing and qualitative data analysis. His approach is highly influenced by the work of Edgar Schein, namely the practice of “Humble Inquiry” and the dictums “always be helpful” and “access your ignorance”. Over thousands of interviews, he has seen first hand the power of asking a genuine question at the right time.

As Director of LaL’s 360° feedback department for over a decade, Jonathan guides high-level strategy and daily operations, while encouraging his team to bring their unique personalities and backgrounds to bear in support of our wide range of clients. He feels tremendously grateful to lead such a skilled and caring team.

Jonathan holds a Masters of Science in Organization Development from Pepperdine University. He also graduated with honors from the University of Michigan where he studied psychology, creativity, and religion. Outside of work, Jonathan is a husband and the father of two boys. He’s a lifelong guitar player and lover of long walks around his neighborhood in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Above and underpinning all else, he is a learner.
