As a 360º Feedback Specialist, Francis brings more than fifteen years of experience as a qualitative interviewer, along with deep expertise in organizational strategy, program evaluation, leadership development, and coaching. He has led teams and programs at mission-driven organizations, most recently as a senior director at Beyond 12, which supports first-generation college students. As a consultant, he has worked with foundations and nonprofits across local, national, and international contexts, helping leaders clarify and act on their visions for change. That range has deepened both his understanding of how people lead and his curiosity about what moves them. Coaching, in particular, has refined how he listens and connects, drawing out what someone might not have said otherwise.

Francis is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach through the Co-Active Training Institute and a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation. He holds a bachelor's degree in social studies from Harvard College. In his free time, Francis enjoys exploring the outdoors, seeking new experiences in his community, and being present with his silly and mischievous pug.
