Filaree is a 360 Feedback expert, coach, and operational leader with more than 20 years of experience helping leaders and teams achieve greater effectiveness and impact. Over the past decade, she has served in leadership and program management roles at tech organizations including Meta and Google, where she led global coaching programs. Filaree is thrilled to return to the 360 Feedback Department at Learning as Leadership, where her journey in leadership development began more than a decade ago.

Outside of work, you’ll find her on stage and in the studio. As an actor and faculty member at the Meisner Technique Acting Studio in San Francisco, she brings her love of teaching and acting into the mix.
