Courtney joined LaL as a 360º Feedback Specialist in 2021. After beginning her career as a consultant at Accenture, she ran her own technology consulting firm for fifteen years and later spent a decade working in the international humanitarian sector. Now an ICF certified coach with a master’s degree in counseling psychology, she is passionate about supporting leaders across the globe.

As a coach and interviewer, Courtney draws upon her vast experience and own life-changing learnings about leadership. She enjoys using her natural curiosity and empathy to help clients leverage their strengths and align with their unique values and purpose.

Courtney studied International Politics and Economics at Middlebury College. Her Master’s degree is from Pacifica Graduate Institute. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering as a coach for Doctors Without Borders, writing, and exploring the magic of the island of Maui where she lives.
