Carole Levy
Executive Coach
Facilitator
Carole Lévy is an executive coach, culture change partner, and facilitator with nearly 30 years of experience helping organizations build learning environments where leaders grow and contribute to a culture of trust. A founding member of Learning as Leadership and co-founder of the Trust Factory, she has developed particular expertise working with nonprofits navigating questions of leadership, ego, identity, power dynamics, and collective change.
Carole thinks through writing and drawing — two practices that came together in her illustrated book The Bumpy Road to Collaboration, a humorous and honest look at the messy reality of working with others and an introduction to LaL's ego-free methodology. She is also a blogger, exploring the same big themes from creative angles across the personal and professional. Her writing extends into essays, including a piece published in Les Cahiers de Maria Szymanowska, a French journal at the intersection of gender studies, the arts, and social issues.
A graduate of the Sorbonne Paris IV with a master's degree in classical literature, she brings to her work a deep love of language, complexity, and the long view of what it means to be human together.
Her heart lives between California and France — and wherever she is, you'll find her on a dance floor. A devoted practitioner of Open Floor and 5Rhythms, she finds in movement a way back into the body and into genuine co-creation with others.
