360° Feedback Specialist Contractor 

About the position

In this flexible, part-time position, you’ll explore clients’ strengths and growth areas by conducting open-ended interviews with their supervisors, peers, direct reports, and loved ones. You’ll then transform the data into meaningful themes that reveal clients’ behavior patterns and the impacts those behaviors are having on those around them. Finally, you’ll create a synthesized report that “tells the story” of the clients’ behavior patterns which will be a foundational part of their work with Learning as Leadership.

Job expectations

  • Schedule and conduct qualitative interviews in an organized and professional manner

  • Lead calls with curiosity, deep listening, and warm impartiality

  • Take detailed interview notes during calls, capturing what’s most essential

  • Identify patterns and themes across the interviews

  • Work with LaL’s AI tools to create the final report - think of yourself as editor-in-chief and AI as your trained assistant

  • Complete entire project from start to finish - typically including 12 hour-long interviews and report creation

What we’re looking for

Non-negotiable

  • Comfort and demonstrated experience working with executives and senior leaders

  • At least 5 years in an professional setting (or comparable exposure)

Core skills

  • Interviewing: attentive, accurate listening; ability to hold space for whatever arises, including strong emotion; confidence to guide and lead a conversation

  • Editorial judgment: excellent writing and editing; a sharp eye for quality; the ability to take a draft and make the core message land; high attention to detail

  • Pattern recognition: ability to see and refine the themes running through qualitative data

  • Project management: strong time-management; keeps a process on track start to finish

Nice to have

  • Background in coaching, psychology, organizational behavior, qualitative research or a related field

  • Comfort with AI-assisted tools (we'll teach this — an openness to it matters more than prior experience)

The role details

  • Once you are trained, pay is per completed project (no hourly wage)

  • Expect roughly 10–15 hours/week while on an active project, at least half during regular business hours

  • There is no guarantee of work, but similarly, you have no set commitment to us. We’ll work collaboratively to try to get you as many projects as you’re interested in doing

  • Includes opportunities to take part in our leadership-development workshopsThis is a contract role with paid training to get you up and running
