Every organization has developed a culture over the years composed of spoken and unspoken norms of what is accepted or encouraged and what is not. Some cultural traits are essential to the success of the organization and to its identity, while others are detrimental. Ingrained in employees' and leaders’ very habits, these tendencies remain unchallenged for lack of understanding and tools for how to address them.

Most organizations fail to improve their culture because they attempt to do it by changing the organizational structures, such as one more reorganization. We fail to realize, however, that unproductive individual and collective behaviors will adapt to any structural change. The real lever lies in helping people change the way they think and behave first, and then before adjusting the structures to support this change effort. Like no one else, Learning as Leadership will support you to create a revolution in your organization’s evolution through addressing these behavioral issues at their core.

STEP 1- Bringing the leaders to their next level

Before exposing an entire organization to our tools, we believe the leaders need to have deeply understood the roots of their contribution to the counter-productive cultural traits and have the tools to consistently approach them differently. They need to have reached their next level of leadership and become the role models of change. Knowing that human beings are most receptive to change they see and not change they are told to make, a comprehensive training (4-Mastery) of the management team(s) is key for this endeavor to succeed.
In short, We-Lead will only be made available to organizations whose leadership team has previously attended our 4-Mastery program.

STEP 2- Rolling out the culture enhancement into the organization

Over our 25 years of experience, we have observed that although corporate environments are quite different, they are all limited by a common set of unproductive cultural traits. Among the most pervasive traits to address are conflict avoidance, Us vs. Them dynamics, aversion to feedback & criticism, and working tactically / fire-fighting. We-Lead is a carefully architected onsite program that addresses all of the above topics for middle managers, supervisors and staff.
