Learning as Leadership offers executive, professional and life coaching and coaching for program participants, providing support in the areas implementation, commitment and practice both during and after the seminar experience. Coaching sessions serve as a catalyst for increased learning, as participants break through old barriers and make progress toward reaching their goals.
Practice & Coaching: A Cumulative Process
During and between each seminar, your coach will partner with you and your team/family to optimize your experience, learning, and implementation. As you confront challenging professional and personal situations, the individual and team coaching will support you to break through the dissonance of change and be accountable to your goals and commitments. You will collectively become catalysts for the practices you want to model and integrate into the organization’s culture.

The coaching program consists of an average of 3 one-hour phone sessions per month. Each session is tailored to the specific needs of the individual and/or the team.

Through examination of current life situations, typical sessions involve:

  • Supporting you to overcome specific hurdles you encounter
  • Incorporating your improvement needs into a coaching plan
  • Using your assessment of your practice in the field in order to continually grow your mastery
  • Broadening your conceptual knowledge of the 4-Mastery tools
