Why is 360º Feedback Essential
for your Growth? We each have blind spots regarding our context and behavior, so the 4-Mastery program includes an integrated 360º feedback service that allows participants to more effectively define and measure their goals for the program. You choose six to eight stakeholders in your life, personal and professional, who commit to providing their candid perspective at three check points during the year. Prior to your first seminar, LaL will complete an initial in-depth telephone interview with each person. You will then debrief with your LaL coach to clarify strengths, weaknesses, potential relationship dynamics and key professional and personal challenges. Together, you will combine this input with your own self-assessment to define a developmental plan regarding what you want to learn, change and accomplish in the 4-Mastery program. Prior to the second or third seminar, these people will offer written feedback on your progress and on your growth needs related to that specific seminar’s themes, providing further raw material for – and a reality check on – your evolution. A final round of written feedback at year-end allows you and your LaL coach to really assess the strides you have taken—and those that still remain. The 4-Mastery program is for people looking for more than talk. Sustainable and significant change must be anchored in the reality of your relationships and responsibilities; although others do not define that for us, their perspective is invaluable to our own awareness and growth. |
