360º Feedback Series

Because we each have blind spots around our “rough edges,” the 4-Mastery program fully integrates LaL’s 360º Feedback service, allowing participants to more effectively define their goals and measure their progress. As part of the 4-Mastery Program, you’ll choose six to eight stakeholders (“feedback partners”) from your personal and professional life to provide their candid perspective at three strategic checkpoints during the program.

Prior to your first seminar, LaL will conduct an initial in-depth telephone interview with each of your “feedback partners.” Around the same time, you will work with your coach to clarify what you see as your strengths, weaknesses, potential relationship dynamics and key professional and personal challenges. From there, you’ll combine the feedback you receive and your own self-assessment to create a developmental plan outlining what you want to learn, change and accomplish in the 4-Mastery program.

Prior to the second or third seminar, your “feedback partners” will offer written feedback on your progress and on your growth needs related to that specific seminar’s themes, providing further raw material for – and a reality check on – your evolution. A final round of written feedback at year’s end allows you and your LaL coach to realistically assess the strides you have taken—and those challenges that still remain.
